Sales Development Representative
Berkman Financial is a B2B lending firm helping small business owners access working capital. We've funded 10,000+ merchants nationwide and are growing our in-office sales team. This is not a closing role. You'll focus on outbound calls, qualifying business owners, and setting up deals for senior reps.
- Call business owners from provided leads
- Ask questions to uncover funding needs
- Pre-qualify merchants and collect information
- Explain our funding process clearly
- Set follow-ups and manage a daily call pipeline
- Update activity in Salesforce
- Some phone or inside sales experience
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
- Clear communicator and coachable
- Reliable, punctual, and competitive
- Looking to grow into higher-earning sales roles
- B2B sales, finance, or call center experience
- CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
- Base salary + commission
- Structured training and daily coaching
