“We have one Fortune 500 client that pays Net-90. The line means partners take draws on time.”
Capital for firms that bill, don\'t swipe.
Law firms, accounting practices, agencies, consultancies. We underwrite knowledge businesses on AR, retainers, and contracted MRR — not card volume.
Built for partners and practice owners.
What a professional deal usually looks like.
Ranges are informative, not promises. Your file is your file — we size to it specifically once we see bank statements.
Across 1,120 firms funded. Smaller average — services firms borrow against AR, not capex.
The capital shapes that fit this industry.
A line of credit secured against AR is the standard. Term loans for partner transitions. AR financing for the firm with one or two enormous slow-paying clients.
Invoice Financing
Turn unpaid invoices into cash in 24 hours. Best for B2B with NET terms.
Business Line of Credit
Revolving credit — draw, repay, repeat. Pay interest only on what you use.
Term Loan
Lump sum, fixed monthly payments, 12–60 month terms. The closest thing to a traditional bank loan.
The ones we actually get asked.
Industry-specific answers — not generic boilerplate. Don't see yours? Drop us a line.
Do you fund single-partner practices?+
Yes — solos are common, especially for office build-outs and tech upgrades. Smaller deals, fast.
Will you advance against unbilled WIP?+
Generally no — we advance against billed AR with aging under 90 days. Unbilled WIP is too lumpy to underwrite.
What about agencies on retainer revenue?+
Retainer revenue is great collateral for an LOC — predictable, recurring, easy to underwrite. We can size larger lines than card-based businesses.
Is partner personal credit a factor?+
Yes, but firm financials lead. We've funded partnerships with mixed personal credit when the firm books were strong.
